3 The process starts with a professional presentation by an Applicant/Client of the basics of a project in line with our Funding Request Questionnaire. Our initial due diligence and verification of basic facts and figures is limited to this presentation and is at no cost to a potential client. The Support Team hires and contracts third party professionals under the Guidelines for Data Protection to obtain a valid third party opinion about a transaction. This usually involves 1 to 3 days of professional consulting work of an Associate-Analyst of a professional firm. At an average rate of EUR 1,800/day, this obviously is a significant financial effort that we advance. There are no costs to the client! Since we pay for these services well in advance of even starting the funding process, we will seek to identify the very best projects only. One of our principles is to work closely with the actual Business- or Financial Consultant of a potential Applicant/Client and his Project or Loan Funding request, since these are the people who should have greatest knowledge of the actual background of a project. Once the Support Team is ready to start working on the funding process, a Memorandum of Funding will be issued which will outline the strategy to get the project in funds within 100 days. An Applicant/Client will have to commit himself to the funding process and place a 100% refundable Commitment Fee during the 100 day funding process with an independent third party escrow service provider. A Funding Team is created by the Support Team of which the Local Project Manager will be an active part. He has to create the perfect Pitch, work through our list of potential investors and actually present the project, create a list of local or national banks which he will approach to explain our funding aid programs. The second Funding Team Member is a Project Supervisor who monitors the tasks to be performed by the Funding Team, and researches for possible Grants and Guarantees a project might qualify for. The third Member of the Funding Team is the Funding Officer who will work with Non-Group-Member Investors, negotiates Guarantees for the project and negotiates possible funding based on guarantees that can possibly be availed for a project. The Funding Team Members are compensated by the Support Team for costs that occur. There is a 3% Funding Fee paid by the Applicant/Client (total) to the Funding Team members once the project is in funds.

6 You as our Local Project Manager will be the link between the Applicant / Client, the Support Team and the potential Investors selected for a specific venture. We invite you as professional to be a part of the team while we are working on the funding process. You must be directly associated with the Applicant Only if you are direct to the Applicant, you may qualify to work with us and be appointed Local Project Manager to the Support Team. We take qualified brokers on board only and involve them actively in the funding process on a get paid for the work basis. A broker will be a part of the Support Team, assigned an exclusive country or territory, and be appointed on exclusive basis. You must be determined to work with us Support Team has the data base which will provide indication of investors on stand-by who could be a potential funder for a particular scenario. Support Team will generate this unique summary of potential investors. It is the essential basis for the funding process which will have to be worked through thoroughly to actually find the funder who is as excited about a project as you are and your client is right now! As the Local Project Manager will be on our payroll for work performed, and you share the Funding Fees which are due at time of funding only. We carry the risk and we guarantee funding within 100 days. Exclusivity and Compensation We offer Exclusivity in the Representation of our organization in the country or territory as agreed with the Local Project Manager also for any follow up business. You are secured for Funding Fees that are earned on any project within your territory, also if a client presents his project to us directly. If a broker comes in with a project located in an exclusively, already assigned territory, the broker joins the Local Support Team as Assistant which gets him or her on our payroll. The exclusively appointed Local Project Manager and the Assistant of the Support Team will share in equally on the Funding Fee that will be earned by us once the venture is funded.
