1 The Florence Convention & Visitors Bureau and the City of Florence is currently accepting applications for the Endless Yard Sale which will take place on Saturday,. The yard sale is open to the public from 8am until 2pm and is being filmed by Our House Media for an Endless Yard Sale SC episode to be aired on the Great American Country channel. Participants will be selling to the general public, and possibly teams of shoppers competing in the television show Endless Yard Sale. Please complete, sign and initial each page and return this application along with all fees by 5pm on JUNE 19, Vendors cannot register or pay the day of the event. Vendor understands that only items and information included in its application and approved by the Florence CVB and City of Florence may be sold and/or given away during the Endless Yard Sale event. Vendors will not be allowed to sell and/or distribute any items and information not previously approved. Vendor understands that failure to comply with this policy will result in the vendor s removal from the event. If a check or money order is submitted for payment with your application and that check or money order is returned for non-payment for any reason, your application will be considered null and. In addition, you will be responsible for a $25 processing fee. The vendor fee is $15 per space and must be remitted with this application or paid online at Additional spaces are $10 each. Electricity is available for a limited number of vendors, and offered first come first serve. If you need electricity, the additional fee is $10. Booth rental fees benefit Harvest Hope Food Bank. The approximate size of each vendor space is 12 x12. The fee includes a $5 fee required by the City of Florence for a yard sale. 4 APPLICANT S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Applicant understands the Florence CVB and City of Florence reserves the right to reject any and all applications. Applicant also understands that it is responsible for reading and adhering to any and all vendor rules and regulations as may be established by the Florence CVB and City of Florence, as well as any and all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and release the City of Florence, the Florence CVB, and its agencies and contractors from any loss, liability, damage or costs (including attorney fees and court costs) and any and all claims of injury or damages resulting from and/or arising out of its participation in the Endless Yard Sale, whether caused by negligence or willful act of the Applicant or any other person. Applicant further understands that there will be no refunds in the event of rain. By the signature below, Applicant agrees to consider this application a commitment to abide by any and all rules and regulations that may be set forth by the Florence CVB and/or City of Florence and that it is solely responsible for obtaining any and all liability insurance coverage for its business/organization. 5 ENDLESS YARD SALE VENDOR POLICIES PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE VENDOR POLICIES. BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY ANY AND ALL POLICIES THAT MAY BE ESTABLISHED BY THE ENDLESS YARD SALE COMMITTEE. 1. The Endless Yard Sale Committee reserves the sole right to select any and all participants. In addition to the criteria listed in Item #2 below, applicants will be approved based on prior participation and cooperation, product duplication, utility requirements and spirit of cooperation. 2. Applications will be processed in the order of date received and must include all fees and other information that may be required in order for the application to be considered. An incomplete application will be removed from consideration. 3. It is the sole responsibility of each and every vendor to meet the City of Florence Fire Department regulations. 4. Vendor set-up begins at 6am the day of the Festival with no exceptions. All vendor vehicles must be moved from the street no later than 7:30am and vendors must be ready to sell by 8am. 5. Vendors acknowledge that they will not close or leave until after 2pm. 6. An updated list of rules and regulations may be forwarded to approved vendors prior to the event date and vendors will be responsible for compliance with same. 7. No refunds will be given.
