13 RINEA UniPID s Position in the Consortium The RINEA Consortium Formed to mirror the Bureau of the EU-Africa High Level Policy Dialogue + expert partners Mostly ministries of science/technology Why UniPID? Finland is not a member of the HLPD, nor is UniPID a ministry Based on the relationships, respect, and trust developed in other projects Proven record of being a dependable and active partner Expressed interest in taking part in the consortium
