Before Mariner Business Solutions may begin providing the goods and/or services outlined under this RFP, Mariner Business Solutions and MD Anderson must negotiate and enter into an Agreement setting forth the respective rights and obligations of Mariner Business Solutions and MD Anderson. Both parties agree not to solicit, directly or indirectly, employment of any person currently employed by MD Anderson and Mariner Business Solutions during the negotiations. It is expected that Mariner Business Solutions and MD Anderson will negotiate and sign the Agreement within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter. As a part of this award process, Mariner Business Solutions has made its modifications to MD Anderson s Standard Terms and Conditions/Riders and no additional modifications are allowed. MD Anderson reserves the right to evaluate proposals from other entities and award this contract to a different entity, if Mariner Business Solutions and MD Anderson are not able to reach an agreement within such 30-day time frame.
