Admission only by ticket obtained from graduates. Only seniors/first classmen are allowed outside of the dorm for sunrise on. No overnight leaves for any students on night. Seniors/First Classmen may not take an overnight leave or nights, but CAN on Thursday. All underclass Parental Overnight Leaves end at 11:00 AM on. All Day Students are REQUIRED to stay night. Closing times differ for each class for night. All Barracks and Dorms close at 1:30 PM on May 31, 2015 after the Commencement Exercises. Page 3

5 Loading Vehicles for Departure: Commencement Weekend On Campus Parking Logansport Gate will be open for loading vehicles during the following times. All cars should enter through Logansport Gate and exit along the lake front drive at the White- DeVries Rowing Center. Use the Auditorium Drive for loading at Linden, Ithaka, and Benson dorms. Please do not block the walks and watch for pedestrian traffic. : : : 9AM to 6PM 8AM to Noon Following Commencement Parking for Events: Events: Parking will be available at the Motel parking lot. Handicapped parking will be available, with assistance provided by Campus Security. Final Garrison Parade: Parking at the Chapel lawn. Handicapped parking will be available at the Vaughn Equestrian Center entrance and the lawn north of the Health Center. Commencement: Parking at the Chapel lawn, Recreation Center parking lots, and on Academy Rd. Handicapped parking will be available at the lawn north of the Health Center. Security officers will be directing traffic and there will be golf carts available to transport patrons to the ceremony in front of the Chapel. The drives from Main Gate and the Recreation Center to Sally Port will be closed to traffic from 5AM until the end of Commencement. **Vehicles parked morning on the drive from the Health Center to Sally Port will be towed at the owner s expense. Lost and Found: Items may be turned in at the OC office ( ), Student Life office ( ) or with Campus Security ( ).
