12 CIRCLE MEETING SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION The following lists the weekday, time and location the various Circles hold their meetings and any special information or requirements that might be pertinent. Unless otherwise notified in advance these meetings are held the first Monday or Thursday of each month from August through the end of the year and into and through May of the following calendar year. Schedule adjustments may be made to accommodate members but should be made well enough in advance so the appropriate meeting date and time can be reflected in the bulletin and the E-blast. Meets Monday At 10:00 a.m. In Massey Tucker Hall, Room 102 Circle 2 Meets Monday At 9:30 a.m. In McKechnie Dining Room Circle 34 Meets Monday At 9:30 a.m. In Church Library Circle 5 Meets Monday At 9:30 a.m. location rotates through various member s homes Circle 7 Meets Thursday At 11:30 a.m. In Massey Tucker Hall, Room 102 With Lunch for $7 Circle 68 Meets Thursday At 6:00 p.m. In Massey Tucker Hall, Room 103 With Dinner for $7 COORDINATING TEAM MEETING SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION The Coordinating Team meets once a month beginning in August. The first meeting of the year is a joint meeting held with the Bible Facilitators and is a dinner meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m.in Library, August 27, The other monthly meetings are held in Massey Tucker Hall - Room 101. Sign-in is from 9:30-9:45 a.m. and the meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. BIBLE FACILITATORS MEETING SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION The Bible Facilitators will meet to plan the Bible study lessons from selected sections of the study guide, Fruit of the Spirit by Hazel Offner. The first meeting is a joint meeting held with the Coordinating Team and is a dinner meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Library, August 27, The remainder of the meetings will be held in the McKechnie Dining Room at 11:00 a.m. on the following dates: September 24, 2018 January 28, 2019 October 22, 2018 February 25, 2019 November 26, 2018 March 25, 2019 December 17, 2018 April 15, 2019 CHURCH CAMPUS CLOSURES The church campus will be closed on the following dates. They will also be asked to host at the scheduled events. Hosting the events may include decorating, greeting, serving beverages, clean-up and other sundry duties deemed necessary for the specific event. 14 WOMEN OF GRACE EVENTS Registration sign in and pick up name tags begins at 10:45 a.m. Programs will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a lunch/program cost to be determined with each event. It is necessary to make a reservation by the Monday prior to an event. You may register for an event by signing up at your Circle meetings or the Filling Station. If your plans change, please be sure to cancel your meal reservation as soon as possible.
