DISCUSSION ITEMS: 7.1 West Sonoma County Transportation Agency, School Bell Change Analysis Report {School Bus Logistics) 7.2 Sunshining #1 of the Wright Elementary School District's Initial Proposal for consideration on Negotiations with the Wright Educators' Association (WEA) (represented Certificated employees) in the school year: - Article 4 (Agency Fee and Dues Deduction) - The District would like to bargain the process that it and the union will follow with respect to employees initiating/changing/revoking dues deductions so there is no confusion between the parties. - Article 13 (Leaves) - The District is interested in moving Personal Leave out from under Personal Necessity Leave and adding language to clarify the intent of each. - Article 14 (Wages) - The District would like to create a new salary schedule for the Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) position. 7.3 Sunshining #1 of the Wright Elementary School Districts District's Initial Proposal for consideration on Negotiations with the California School Employees' Association (CSEA) Chapter #835 (represented Classified staff) in the school year: - Article (Bi-Lingual Stipend) - The District would like to clearly define activities that are covered by this stipend vs. those for which an employee is paid as a translator. - Job Descriptions - The District would like to negotiate a separate job description for Pre-School aids, separate and distinct from that of a Student Support Instructional Assistant (SSIA). 8.
