5 Already 10 state contests and 3 preparatory events have been completed General performance and achievement of objectives are satisfactory to Committee. Reported regularly to SEDIC. Due to strict guidelines of SEDIC, OSAI Foundation has to bear the management, entertainment, travel and prize expenditures. This is a limiting factor. 14 Next Steps Undertake to complete the remaining programs Exploit SEDIC support to the maximum Engage experienced parties to perform the final events well Explore significant enhancement of talent from all states Use the remaining SEDIC fund for the finals Reduce the magnitude of events, e.g. eliminate language based socio-cultural events and only give the revolving trophy for the finalist Seek SEDIC endorsement for delayed use of funds Complete the entire program as planned 14
