1 CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, FRESNO STATE FFA FINALS AND FIELD DAY APRIL 12,2014
2 Welcome to The faculty and staff of the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (JCAST) at California State University, Fresno (Fresno State) welcome you as a participant in the State FFA Finals and Field Day. Good luck to each of you during your competitions. We hope you benefit by your experiences in todays activities. Dear FFA Member, Join the Leader Our faculty and staff are pleased to host the FFA Field Day and State Finals. As you test your knowledge and skills today, I remind you that life is a journey and not a destination. Enjoy the opportunity to challenge yourself in new ways, make new friends and consider your future. We hope that, while at Fresno State, you take the time to explore our campus and consider the many opportunities to continue your studies in JCAST. We have many fine universities in California, but we think you will discover many unique ways in which you can combine learning, doing and serving while you study at Fresno State. The San Joaquin Valley is the number one agricultural region in the world. There is no better place to continue to build your future while you study, work and play. Don t hesitate to ask any of our students, faculty or staff for additional information. Again, my best wishes for a memorable day, Charles Boyer, Dean Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology
