ABA National Conference for the Minority Lawyer (NCML) Co-sponsored by the ABA Section on Law Practice Management Register for the 25th Anniversary Minority Counsel Program (MCP) on May 16th and 17th and attend a full day of NCML programming on May 15 th free of charge! While MCP is designed to diversify corporate law departments and the law firms that serve them, NCML provides skills and career development programming for racially and ethnically diverse lawyers from a broad cross-section of practices who have been in practice for less than 10 years. It also serves as a gateway to membership and growth within the American Bar Association.
