4 BROOKS STADIUM INFORMATION PROHIBITED ITEMS Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entry. Prohibited items include: Alcoholic beverages Flags Backpacks Umbrellas Weapons of any kind Large carry bags Outside food/drinks Hard-surfaced materials Strollers/infant seats/wagons Ice bags Video cameras Coolers Thermos bottles GATES OPEN Stadium gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. BANNERS Banners must be approved prior to display in Brooks Stadium. Student banners must be approved by the Office of Student Life and the Department of Athletics prior to the game. Banners may not cover existing signs inside the stadium. DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS Coastal Carolina University is dedicated to assisting all people with disabilities or special needs. Wheelchair seating is located on the East, West and North stands of the stadium. For additional information, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at

5 BROOKS STADIUM INFORMATION ELEVATORS Two handicapped-accessible elevators are located in the main foyer of Brooks Stadium. Elevators may be used by handicapped individuals to access the second level of the East Stands or by any authorized personnel with appropriate credentials. FIELD ACCESS Fans are not permitted on the playing field at any time. At the end of each game there will be an NCAA-enforced cooling-off period that prohibits fans, media and other non-game-day staff from being on the field. Length of the cooling-off period will be announced during the game. FIRST AID First responders will be located throughout the East, West and North Stands of Brooks Stadium. Fully equipped EMS vehicles will be stationed behind the East and West Stands near Gate 5 and Gate 7 to assist any fan in need of medical assistance. LOST AND FOUND Lost and found is located at the CCU Department of Public Safety kiosk underneath the East Stands of Brooks Stadium. MERCHANDISE The Chanticleer Gear merchandise stand will be open 90 minutes prior to kickoff and remain open 30 minutes following the game. The main stand is located under the East Stands behind the food concession stand, with satellite locations in the east side kiosk and behind the West Stands near the family zone. RESTROOMS Men s and women s restrooms are located beneath the East, West and North Stands inside Brooks Stadium. Portable restrooms will be located throughout the Coastal Carolina University campus to accommodate tailgating fans on gameday. STADIUM SECURITY/USHERS Uniformed police and event security personnel are located throughout Brooks Stadium and surrounding parking lots. Requests for assistance in the stadium should be directed to event staff and security.

6 BROOKS STADIUM INFORMATION TOBACCO-FREE CAMPUS POLICY Effective Aug. 1, 2014, Coastal Carolina University is a tobacco-free campus. Use of all tobacco products is PROHIBITED in or on all University property. This policy does not restrict or prohibit the lawful possession of tobacco products on the Coastal Carolina University campus. The sale, sampling or advertisement of tobacco products is PROHIBITED on the Coastal Carolina University campus and in all University publications. Students who refuse to comply with the Tobacco-Free Campus Policy will be referred to the Office of Student Conduct or a designee of said office. Visitors or members of the general public who refuse to comply with the policy may be asked to leave campus by the Department of Public Safety. For additional information, contact the Coastal Carolina University Office of Human Resources and Equal Opportunity at Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. SOLICITATION POLICY Solicitation or distribution by persons other than employees or students of the University on official University business is prohibited in Brooks Stadium and throughout campus. University employees and students must receive approval from the Office of University Communication for all solicitation that takes place at Coastal Carolina University athletic events. Banners, fliers, pamphlets or any other paraphernalia will be disposed of by gameday security, and solicitors will be escorted off the premises. Distribution of political information is a violation of the solicitation policy of Coastal Carolina University and is prohibited. The selling of any item by anyone other than University-authorized personnel on the campus of Coastal Carolina University is prohibited. Please contact the Office of University Communication at or if you have questions or concerns. SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING In an effort to enhance the safety of our students, faculty, staff and fans at Coastal Carolina University sporting events, we are asking all spectators for heightened awareness of their surroundings on gameday. If you see something out of the ordinary while on campus or in the stadium, please notify a member of the CCU Deppartment of Public Saftey, event staff personnel or athletic department gameday staff immediately. 8 GAMEDAY PARKING INFORMATION PARKING LOTS OPEN All parking lots will open five hours before kickoff. Cars parked in the reserved lots (Teal, Bronze, White, Black, Team and Handicapped lots) without appropriate gameday parking decals must be removed five hours prior to kickoff or may be subject to towing. All parking lots must be cleared no later than two hours after the end of the game. GENERAL PARKING INFORMATION The general parking lots open to all spectators are lots MM (in front of Baxley Hall), lot E (in front of the Lib Jackson Student Center), lot GG (the large lot off U.S. 501), lot HH (across from the new science building), lot C (adjacent to the Wall Building) and lot A (the circle in front of the Wall Building). Parking along University Boulevard, S.C. 544 and U.S. 501, and in Quail Creek is strictly prohibited. TOWING WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Chanticleer Drive West will be closed on gameday to through traffic (five hours prior to kickoff). Overnight parking is strictly prohibited. All parking lots must be cleared no later than two hours after the end of the game. GAMEDAY RESTRICTED DONOR PARKING There are three levels of restricted donor lots: Teal, Bronze and White. The Teal lot is located adjacent to Brooks Stadium, and all vehicles must have the required hangtag that corresponds to the assigned parking space. The Bronze lot is located off University Boulevard in lots J and M between Williams- Brice Building/Kimbel Gymnasium and the Singleton Building, lot G between Kearns Hall and Wheelwright Auditorium, the RV lot next to the Boni Belle Hitting Facility and lots O, P, Q and UU on Chanticleer Drive West. The White lot is located off University Boulevard behind Lackey Chapel in lot KK. Parking spaces in the Bronze and White lots are on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be signage directing donors to the designated parking areas. Entry into the restricted donor lots requires the display of the appropriate parking hangtag in the front windshield. HANDICAPPED PARKING LOT Lot B in front of the Wall College of Business will be reserved specifically for vehicles with a handicapped tag. Shuttles and/or golf carts will be available to transport handicapped and special needs fans from the lot to and from Brooks Stadium.

9 GAMEDAY PARKING INFORMATION RESTRICTED DONOR RV PARKING LOT The restricted donor RV lot is located behind the right field wall of the baseball stadium and is accessible via Chanticleer Drive West beside the Boni Belle Hitting Facility. RVs ONLY Class C, Bus, 5th wheel vehicles The restricted donor RV lot will open at 5 p.m. the day before the game. No utility hook-ups are available. One vehicle will be permitted with each RV in the Restricted Donor RV lot. Appropriate Restricted Donor RV lot hangtags must be displayed at all times. RV PARKING/NON-RESTRICTED LOT RV parking for non-donors is permitted in the GG lot at the front of the campus near U.S RV parking is available at the end of the lot closest to U.S STUDENT PARKING The student tailgating and parking area known as Chantourage Alley is open to all students. Chantourage Alley parking is located in lot R in front of Brittain Hall. Students will enter the lot from Founders Drive or Chanticleer Drive East. Because this area is designated for student parking only, an attendant will check vehicles for CCU commuter, resident or University Place parking decals to park in this area. SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE Beginning two hours prior to kickoff and for one hour after the game, shuttles will run a continuous loop around campus with six (6) pick-up and drop-off points along the way. Spectators will be dropped off prior to the game near the southeast corner of the stadium on University Boulevard. The buses will turn right on S.C. 544, re-enter campus at Founders Drive and stop at the HTC Center. Busses will continue to the covered bus stop near lot B (handicapped lot) in front of the Wall College of Business. The route will continue on Chanticleer Drive East and make its next stop at the large covered bus stop near the Lib Jackson Student Center and Spadoni Park. The busses will then go out through the large general parking lot GG by U.S. 501 and stop at the covered bus stop. The final stop before returning to Brooks Stadium will be near the Fan Fest location at the covered bus stop in front of Kearns Hall on University Boulevard.

10 GAMEDAY PARKING INFORMATION GOLF CART SHUTTLE SERVICE Courtesy golf cart service is available to transport handicapped or special needs fans to and from the designated handicapped lot (lot B in front of the Wall College of Business) and Brooks Stadium. In addition to the bus shuttle, golf carts will circulate through the donor and general lots to assist handicapped or special needs fans. LEAVING CAMPUS AFTER THE GAME All parking lots must be clear no later than two hours after the game. Fans parked in either the Teal or Bronze lots must exit toward S.C. 544; those parked in the White lot and general lots must exit toward U.S Student parking should exit Founders Drive or Chanticleer Drive East. PERSONAL GOLF CARTS Only Coastal Carolina University-authorized golf carts are permitted on campus during a football gameday. Those individuals who are found to be using unauthorized carts for personal use or solicitation of transportation will be escorted off the premises and could be subject to additional penalties.

11 GAMEDAY TAILGATING INFORMATION TAILGATING/ALCOHOL POLICY Chanticleer fans of all ages are invited to enjoy food, fellowship and festivities prior to each home football game. For individuals of legal age, alcohol may be permitted under the following conditions: Consumption of alcoholic beverages on campus is not permitted until FIVE hours before kickoff. Students may be required to show identification to public safety or University administration personnel if consuming alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed in paper or plastic cups; no glass bottles or cans are permitted. Kegs, other common containers, drinking games and the use of devices intended to accelerate the consumption of alcohol (including, but not limited to, beer pong tables, funnels, etc.) are prohibited. All state and local laws must be observed. Alcohol may not be sold on University property. Tailgating will end 15 minutes prior to the start of the game. Post-game tailgating will be limited to one hour. Persons acting in a disruptive, disrespectful or disorderly manner may be asked to leave the premises and/or be subject to citation from University, city or county law enforcement. Students may also be charged with a violation of the CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT. STUDENT TAILGATE AREA The student tailgate area, Chantourage Alley, has been expanded to accommodate all students. It is located on Chanticleer Drive at lot R at Brittain Hall and the CCU Track. Student cars with a CCU commuter, resident or University Place parking decal are permitted to park in lot R to tailgate. Students age 21 and over who wish to consume alcoholic beverages may be required to obtain a wristband at the designated check-in station in front of Brittain Hall. Student tailgating will end 15 minutes prior to the start of the game.

12 GAMEDAY TAILGATING INFORMATION CLEAN UP All tailgaters are expected to clean up their respective areas. All trash must be placed in trash bags and in designated trash containers located around campus and in parking lots. GRILLING Grilling is permitted on green spaces. All grills must be elevated. Charcoal must be completely extinguished prior to leaving the tailgate location. Extinguished charcoal should be placed in proper disposal containers. TENTS Tents are permitted but must be erected without stakes for support. Tents must be used for tailgating purposes only. No commercial or business displays are permitted without prior approval from Coastal Carolina University. CORPORATE TENTS Groups can purchase a corporate tent for tailgating adjacent to Brooks Stadium, pending availability. A corporate tent includes the setup of tables and chairs as well as food and beverages for the entire group. The corporate tent area is located beside the entrance to the Adkins Field House. To purchase a corporate tent, please call within five days of the respective home game. FAN FEST The gameday Fan Fest area, which opens three hours prior to each regular season home game, will be located in the James P. Blanton Park between Atheneum Hall and Kearns Hall. The Fan Fest is open to all and will feature inflatables for the kids, live music and promotional giveaways.

14 TICKETING INFORMATION GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION The Brooks Stadium South ticket booth will open four hours prior to kick off with both sales and Will Call. One hour and one-half prior to kickoff, the South ticket booth will be for purchasing tickets, the North ticket booth will be for Will Call and CCU student tickets, Gate 3 will be for visiting team Will Call, and Gate 6 will be for CCU player guests. Tickets are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by logging on to GoCCUSports.com/tickets. This site offers you the option to print the ticket at home to avoid waiting in line at Will Call. Individual game ticket prices vary and are listed below: Bronze Blitz Youth (18 and under) Sept. 13 vs. South Carolina State $30 $25 $10 Sept. 27 vs. Elon $15 $15 $10 Oct. 25 vs. Charleston Southern $20 $15 $10 Nov. 15 vs. Monmouth $20 $15 $10 Nov. 22 vs. Liberty $25 $20 $10 Group tickets (for groups of 20 or more) for individual games are available, but must be purchased in advance. Call the Athletics Ticket Office at with any questions. No phone sales will be accepted on gameday, and fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online and prior to gameday. SEASON TICKET CARDS Football season ticket cards to be scanned for entrance to Brooks Stadium will be used again this year for season ticket holders. If your season ticket card is lost, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at On gameday, stop by the North ticket booth for assistance.

15 TICKETING INFORMATION STUDENT TICKET SYSTEM Students will now be able to reserve their tickets online at TicketReturn.com. Students will actually have their tickets loaded onto their CINO Cards instead of having hard tickets. The students will have to bring their CINO Cards to the game and have the cards swiped to enter the game. Gate 2 is the student entrance gate and is the only location where students can get their card swiped. VISITING TEAM PASS GATE The visiting team pass list will be located at Gate 3 on the east side of the stadium. Proper identification is required to pick up your tickets. WILL CALL From four hours prior to kickoff until one and one-half hours prior to kickoff, Will Call is available at the South ticket booth. One and one-half hours prior to kickoff and until halftime of the game, Will Call will be available at the North ticket booth. CCU PLAYER PASS LIST GATE The CCU Player Pass List will be located at Gate 6 on the southwest corner of Brooks Stadium near University Boulevard and S.C Proper identification is required to pick up your tickets. HIGH SCHOOL COACH TICKETS High School coaches tickets are not available for reservation. Tickets are available, based on availability and can be picked up at the South ticket booth the day of the game. A valid North or South Carolina high school coaches pass is required to receive the two complimentary tickets. Gather at the Victory Bell after each win to ring in another Chanticleer victory

We expect everyone attending or competing in an event at home or on the road to display the highest standards of responsible sportsmanship toward student-athletes, coaching and support staff members, game officials and among fans to make athletic events involving the Chanticleers safe, wholesome and enjoyable for all in attendance. With the Big South Conference and its member institutions, Coastal Carolina University is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans. When competing in or attending an athletic event, everyone is required to refrain from the following: Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature. Use of foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects onto the playing surface). Failure to follow instructions of event personnel. Verbal or physical harassment of participants, officials, fans or event personnel. Event staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event attendees that violate these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future events.
