It will be held on September 20, 21, and 22, 2018 at the Red Lion Lewiston, located at st St., Lewiston, ID, Hotel Information is included in the Lodge packet and posted on the Grand Lodge of Idaho Website. I am asking that all the Worshipful Masters, Senior and Junior Wardens wear their Lodge aprons to all the Formal Meetings of Grand Lodge. Also, Please bring your Lodge Banners & Stands for the parade of Banners and Roll Call of Lodges on Thursday Morning. year. 3 Your Host Lodge, Nez Perce Lodge #10 Welcomes you to the 151st Annual Communication Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Idaho Lewiston, Idaho September 20, 21, 22, 2018 Points of interest this year. Register Early If you register on or before August 31, 2018, the registration cost is $30.00 after that it jumps to $50.00, so register early and save some money. Also, the cost of registering for the 151st Annual Communication does not include the Lunches or Banquet. Those are separate from the registration cost. This has been a request from the brothers in the past, so we will honor that request. When you sign up for the Lunches and Banquet, include yourself and your guest. If you have a special dietary requirement please notify us in advance, the hotel can furnish special meals. Registration: Registration will be at the Red Lion Lewiston, Port 6, at the following times: Wednesday (19th) Thursday (20th) Friday (21st) 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm 07:15 am until Grand Lodge opens and during Lunch 07:15 am to 09:00 am All Members must present a current dues card at registration. All members must register to be admitted to any session. If you are representing a WM, SW or JW of your lodge, you must have his signed proxy form. Does not include breakfast There will be a Breakfast buffet in the Restaurant. Does include use of the pool, fitness center and other amenities. Requests for handicap rooms must be made early. Each chartered Lodge represented is entitled to three votes, but no one shall be allowed to represent more than one Lodge. (Revised Sept. 1978) If the Worshipful Master, Senior Warden or Junior Warden will not be present at Grand Lodge, they may assign any Master Mason, in good standing, to represent him with a properly signed proxy. (See Attached) d. When a Lodge is not represented by any of its three principal officers, in person or by proxy, the Junior Past Master present may represent the Lodge and cast its three votes. (Revised Sept.1978) In the absence of signed proxies, the Junior Past Master present will be able to pick up the votes on Friday morning before Grand Lodge reconvenes. All Proxy forms must be delivered to the committee on credentials at the Annual Communication by the Brother serving as Proxy, and all Forms must be properly completed and signed beforehand.
