2 MONDAY CLEANING OUR COMMUNITY - August 13, 20, 27 Come out and enjoy the fresh air of spring as we clean the bike path beginning at the Davedi Club on Airport. Gloves and garbage bags will be supplied. Lets give back to the community by doing our share in beautifying our city. Do you like dogs? Do you like to bake? Here is an opportunity to do just that. We will be baking dog treats for the Humane Society. Time : 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. MINI PUTT - August 20 Come out and join your friends for a short round of golf. Try to get that hole in one for a free game. 5 FARMERS MARKET - August 1, 15 Come out and enjoy the bountiful harvest from the local area farmers. Choose from handmade crafts, soaps and other artisans designs while enjoying the great outdoor weather near our beautiful waterfront. Location: 100 Ferguson Street Time: 1:30 p.m. 3:30 pm. Cost: PY0 CHIPPEWA CREEK CLEAN UP - August 8, 22 Community Living adopted a section of the Chippewa Creek. Help us give back to the community. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy the ripple of the water by the creek. Location: See Map Insert Time:11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. BBQ AND HORSES - August 8, 22 We will be offering once again the chance to ride horses or just to pet them and enjoy a BBQ with our friends. Location: 8 km east of North Bay on Hwy 17 Time 11:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. Cost: BBQ Free, Horse rides $10.00 paid directly to Lori CASINO RAMA - August 15 Board the Ontario Northland motor coach which departs from The Station in North Bay (100 Station Road located beside Northgate Square) for Casino Rama. The cost of this round trip transportation is $15 which is payable to the driver when you board the bus.we are travelling to Rama! Bring some cash and try your hand at various casino games.
