Cooks, Custodians, Advisors, and Coaches - 2nd call for the Homecoming Parade! THIS IS GOING TO BE SOOO MUCH FUN! WHO - You! WHAT - Homecoming Parade! WHEN - Friday, October 20th on the way to the assembly in the Apple Bowl WHY - Fun! Themes for the week are based on the Wizard of Oz. HOW - A little planning on your part with your group, and ing back your intentions. Here s the deal: we would love it if you would enter your club, team, or activity in the Homecoming Parade. The more entered, the better! What should you do in the parade? Let you imagination and your kids decide. For example: - FFA drives a tractor and dresses up all members - Mariachi plays music all the way through the parade - GA Band leads off and rocks the show - Cheer carries a banner and chants cheers - AppleEttes march in perfect sync - Sophomore class puts together a truck float and themes it around Munchkinland - The slow pitch team dresses in uniform and marches with bats centered choreography - Choir sends a quartet and sings a song the whole way - Orchestra has a marching violin team - Custodians push a garbage cart with a sign: Clean Up ML! - Cooks make a truck float (or delivery van) with the theme of Cook Moses Lake!" - etc. etc. etc. Please meet with your groups, chat asap and back your intentions by this Friday if you can manage that. We ll take late entries into Tuesday next week.
