2 DEMONATION DISPATCH Dakota Bowl The BHS Football Boosters have a block of rooms reserved for Nov 9 th Dakota Blow held at the Alerus Center, in Grand Forks. The block has been released but you can still call for any available rooms! Reservations can be made by calling: Howard Johnson Grand Forks ND 1210 N 43rd St, Grand Forks, ND Phone: or Room rate is $89 for a double Block of 50 rooms reserved under Bismarck High School Football Boosters Call the hotel, ask for in-house reservations and reserve your room
3 DEMONATION DISPATCH BHS Football Activities Friday Nov. 9th - Sendoff of the Bus, Hughes Field. Look for update on time. Howard Johnson information: (complete details will come out in future ) Hospitality Room, sleeping room right next to banquet room- all parents/fans are asked to bring food items for after game social. Pizza, chicken, something to eat and goodies. Items brought will be for everyone, players, cheerleaders, fans. Bring plenty to share! Hospitality Room will be open to drop off food from and again after the game Post game banquet room there will be a taco-bar set up for players, cheerleaders and coaches. There is no other food or beverages allowed in the BANQUET room, that is why we have the hospitality room. No charge for taco bar but there will be a donation bucket to offset the cost. 5 DEMONATION DISPATCH BHS Football Concession Dates Mark your Calendar to Concessions at BHS This is a major part of the fundraising effort supporting your BHS Football Team Details coming form class Reps but mark your Calendar now Items that we will be looking for parents to donate are Taco Meat, cheese, lettuce, baked goodies, bags of chips for taco-in-a-bag, salsa. Concessions BHS. It is not hard and quite fun. Don t worry you will be partnered with someone with experience to make this very easy! DATES, exact time and volunteer support will be coming via from your class reps: Jan 10 th 4:30 thru 6:00 (last game starts at 6) Sophomore class Feb 9 th 12:15 thru 6pm (last game starts at 6) Junior class Feb 14 th 4:15 thru 7:45 (last game starts at 7:45) Freshman Class PLEASE PLAN TO SUPPOTRT concessions are a huge part of the fundraising effort so the BHS Football Boosters are able to support your player in a variety of areas!!!!!

A year-end video and year-end photo collection will be produced and for sale by PRE-ORDER only. If you do not PRE-ORDER there will be no extra copies available. The CD and DVD will be available for pick-up at the 2012 Demon Football Banquet, Nov. 19 th, Bismarck Elks 6:00 Registration, 6:30 Dinner. You can stop early if you are not attending the banquet to get your PRE-ORDERED copy.
