4 Major Transactions Duke Energy purchased 94 acres in University Research Park announcing plans to build a campus for engineers. Electrolux is expanding their headquarters adding a 375,000 sq ft building and bringing 800+ senior level new jobs to University City. Rack Room Shoes is expanding their headquarter campus adding 73,200 sq. ft. for subsidiary company, Off Broadway Shoes. Wells Fargo is leasing an additional 150,000 sq. ft. office space in University Research Park. Red Ventures opened new offices and announced plans to consolidate Florida offices to University City and Fort Mill. Recently announced major jobs expansion in URP office.

5 Major Transactions Classic Graphics is expanding through mergers and will keep its major employment center in Innovation Park. AllState relocated within University City to Innovation Park, uniting two office locations. The Charlotte Observer moved operations to University Research Park, taking over the Wall Street Journal printing facilities. Yodle moved their offices to University Research Park. AREVA moved their North American headquarters to University City. AXA Equitable relocated to Innovation Park from Ballantyne.
