It will set out the big picture with techniques, exercises and case studies used in environmental damage analysis. Course 603 Understanding Environmental Contamination in Real Estate Developed for right of way professionals who may face the issue of contaminated properties, this course focuses on the causes, effects and remedies of environmental contamination. Participants will learn how to evaluate potential problems that occur when acquiring contaminated properties, and to evaluate, manage and minimize risks and liabilities. Course 703 Real Property / Asset Management This course is designed for right of way professionals who are involved in the asset and property management of public and private properties. Participants will explore the comprehensively planned management of a diverse portfolio of real estate for the optimum use of available assets. Course 104 Standards of Practice for the Right of Way Professional Developed as a follow-up to Course 103, this course provides an overview of IRWA s Standards of Professional Practice, the IRWA Code of Ethics, the Ethical Rules, and IRWA Rules of Professional Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures. SR/WA Review Study Session and Exam This seminar is designed specifically for approved, active candidates for the SR/WA Designation to prepare them for the SR/WA Comprehensive Examination, which will be administered at the conclusion of the review session. PEACHTREE CLASSIC Golf Tournament Chateau Elan Golf Club Braselton, Georgia June 14, 2011 In conjunction with the 57th Annual International Education Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, the Right of Way

The Peachtree Classic will be held at the Chateau Elan Golf Club on June 14, 2011.

The tournament will be played on the Chateau Course, which was rated 4 stars by Golf Digest and was named one of the top four courses in Georgia by the Zagat Guide.

The Chateau Course opened in 1989, and is augmented by lush vineyards and a 16th century French-style château.

6 PEACHTREE CLASSIC Golf Tournament Chateau Elan Golf Club Braselton, Georgia June 14, 2011 In conjunction with the 57th Annual International Education Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, the Right of Way International Education Foundation (RWIEF) and the Canadian Right of Way Education Foundation (CRWEF) are hosting their 15th Annual Golf Tournament. The Peachtree Classic will be held at the Chateau Elan Golf Club on June 14, Chateau Elan Winery and Resort is a leisure, golf and spa destination with two public 18-hole championship golf courses, located approximately 40 minutes from the conference host hotel. The tournament will be played on the Chateau Course, which was rated 4 stars by Golf Digest and was named one of the top four courses in Georgia by the Zagat Guide. The par-71 championship course is not as forgiving as a typical resort course. However, at 7,030 yards from the gold tees, the course offers opportunity for recovery for the savvy golfer. The Chateau Course opened in 1989, and is augmented by lush vineyards and a 16th century French-style château. This golf destination in the foothills of the Northeast Georgia mountains is exceptional and is said to be the South s best golf offering assembled on one piece of property. The tournament is limited to 144 participants, and all proceeds are donated to the Education Foundations. Registration will begin at 11 a.m. with use of the range as well as chipping and putting contests before the 12:00 noon tee time. The fee to enter is 125 and includes green fees, golf cart, boxed lunch, beverages, transportation to and from the conference host hotel, as well as hors d oeuvres following the tournament. A limited number of rental clubs will be available for 50. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for individuals, chapters or companies who wish to further support the goals of the Education Foundations. Sponsorships range from the platinum level at 2500, to sponsoring individual holes for 300. All activities related to the tournament will be handled by the RWIEF, a 501-c-3 organization, which is a separate entity from IRWA.
