Selected author, Shelly Becker Geocaching Ayr, Baden, Bloomingdale, Elmira, New Dundee, St Clements, St Jacobs, Wellesley (All ages welcome) Join in this high-tech treasure hunting game using coordinates to locate a hidden treasure (geocache) inside the branch. You ll need a GPS or smartphone and a few minutes to gather the clues and find the cache! Drop in anytime during branch hours.
7 Frequently asked questions How do I register for a program? There are three options for registration: Register online at Visit any Region of Waterloo Library branch in person. Call any Region of Waterloo Library branch to register for programs. Please contact any Region of Waterloo Library branch if you have questions about our registration process. How much do programs cost? All library programs are free! When does registration end? Registration is ongoing throughout the session as long as there is space in the program. Must I register for each week of a program? By registering once, you register for all weeks of the program. Can I register for programs and events at any RWL branch? Yes! Library members are welcome to sign up for programs and events at any RWL branch. What programs are parents/ caregivers required to participate in? Parents/caregivers are required to participate with their children, five years or younger, in all programs. Do I have to register myself for programs as a parent/caregiver? Yes! All individuals attending the program, including adults and babies, need to be registered. There are so many programs! Is there a way to only display my own branch s programs in the calendar? Yes! You can limit the results to only your branch s programs. 1. Under Search Criteria find the Location option. 2. Click the drop-down menu to select the branch of your choice. 3. Click the Search button. A list of events related to the selected branch will be listed below. Programs and events are free! Registration begins Tuesday, September 11. Register online, by phone, or in person. Note: Many programs and events do not require registration, but space may be limited, so please visit rwlibrary.ca for more details.
