For more than 50 years, BCC has served as a leading resource for education and workforce development in the region. With locations in Attleboro, Fall River, New Bedford and Taunton, BCC offers a rich variety of degree, certificate, and training programs along with flexible online offerings that lead to an associate degree, a career-ready certificate, or the ability to transfer to baccalaureate colleges. The Center for Workforce and Community Education provides customized training for businesses and the community. 6 JULY 2017 Bristol Community College welcomed its fourth president, Laura L. Douglas, Ph.D. SIZE AND SCOPE Bristol Community College has an undergraduate population of 11,069 (unduplicated headcount of credit students for ) and 18,889 in non-credit enrollments. STUDENT COSTS Annual in-state tuition and fees: $4,730 Annual out-of-state tuition and fees: $9,674 Per credit charge of $194 plus additional program-specific charges as applicable. BUDGET Bristol Community College s operating budget for Fiscal Year 2018 is estimated at $74.5 million, including state support of $21.2 million and $29.5 million in federal, state, and private grants. In FY17, more than $26.1 million in federal, state, and local financial aid was disbursed to 6,594 students. In Fall 2017, 46% of students are receiving Pell Grants and 26% of students are receiving loans. The Bristol Community College Foundation awarded $185,758 in scholarships and awards to 290 recipients. The Foundation issued 108 loans totaling $27,755 to assist students.
