The inverts on these inlets are lower than inlet #2 which they tie into and will cause water to stand in the pipe network from the access road. Please provide reference or detail for the proposed structures. 30. DEPARTMENT: ENGTRF - TRAFFIC REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: Driveway access STATUS OF REVIEW: STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF WAIVER REMARKS: 11/19/2014: Driveway spacing on SR 200 is about 220 feet. LDC code requires 660 feet so a waiver is required. Traffic will support waiver since the driveways are right in/right out, onsite traffic flow would be improved, and driveway permitting through the State is required. 42. DEPARTMENT: ENGTRF - TRAFFIC REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: B - Traffic signs REMARKS: 11/19/2014: Please install 2 Do Not Enter signs, so that cars do not exit onto SR 200 at the driveway just west of this site. 43. DEPARTMENT: ENGTRF - TRAFFIC REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: C - Pavement marking REMARKS: 11/19/2014: 1) Please label the color, width, and material of all striping shown on the plans. 2) Striping along the 2 main north/south driveways off of SR 200 need to be thermo. 3) The main driveway on the east side of this sight should be striped similar to a 2 way left turn lane, as shown in FDOT Standard Index This should include gore striping at both ends, southbound arrows not needed at this time. Please discuss with Brian from Traffic for clarification. 4) Please refresh the arrow for right in only on the west north/south SR DEPARTMENT: ENGTRF - TRAFFIC REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: Additional Traffic comments REMARKS: 11/19/2014: Please improve the driveway apron on the west side of this property by providing curb and gutter that connects to SR 200 and providing a radii of 25' on the east side of the apron. 45.
