Of overall respondents, 75.5 % would recommend OCYS Club. Of these same respondents 83% rated the past season experience as average, good or excellent. Uniforms are well received, ordering was acceptable, and is quality for value. The Club should focus communication through (43%), Mobile/Team Application (28%) & Text (24%) and not through phone call or newsletter. Operationally; the registration process, website and club communications are well received; while focus should be on fees, and educating on our team assignment and tryout process.
