Our A.A. meetings are going very well. A flower has bloomed within my heart as a result of the Steps and the A.A. program of recovery; finally I m grasping the fact I can t have serenity unless I can live life on life s terms. Regardless of where I am the ifs and what ifs, no longer reside in my vocabulary. I m accepting and playing the cards that I ve been dealt to the best of my ability; one day at a time. Carl J. 5 Helpline Committee The Helpline will be open for 24 hours on Christmas and New Year's Day To cover that, we need you on: December 24 th, 11:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. December 31 st, 11:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. December 25 th, 4:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. January 1 st, 4:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. You will not be alone, there will be 2 members per shift.
