1 First General Meeting Pre-Pharmacy Association Thursday, February 11 5:30 PM
2 What is PPA? Pre-Pharmacy Association (PPA) is a non-profit, professional Registered Independent Organization (RIO) at UH Manoa. PPA is run entirely by students for fellow students interested in the pharmaceutical field.

4 PPA Membership 1. Fill out a PPA membership form 2. Pay Club Fees a. $20 per semester or $30 per year b. PPA shirt: $10 each, optional c. Turn in to Treasurer Kiana or pay at PAC 3. Accumulate 20 points by the end of the semester a. Attend at least 1 meeting, 1 social, 1 community service event, 1 fundraiser 4. Cancellation Policy a. Must send an 2 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT otherwise will receive -2 pt deduction 5. Graduation Cord a. Must be an active member for TWO semesters b. Must actively take part in fundraiser events (especially the CAR WASH) Forms and fees can also be turned into the Pre-Health/Pre-Law Advising Center (PAC) located in Sinclair 108, open M-F 8: 30AM-4:00PM. Shirts can also be purchased at PAC starting next week. Membership forms and fees due on next general meeting (Wednesday, March 9, 2016)
