Saturday, June 23 at 2:00 p.m. Bring the whole family for a magical day at the Library! Enjoy a magic show and magic tutorial afterwards! Fantastic Fandom Cosplay Friday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. Adults and teens celebrate their fandoms at this very special dance in the Library! From Harry Potter to Sailor Moon, dress to impress and mingle with other cosplayers! A Night at Hogwarts (Fun for the whole family) Friday, July 13 at 6:30 p.m. We are pleased to inform you that you have a place in the Library s Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! Please send your owl or call to register your family for a evening at Hogwarts where you will gather your needed supplies, learn beginning spells, and meet with your fellow housemates. Lords and Ladies, Knights and Villains Saturday, July 28 at 2:00 p.m. Dress as your favorite princess, villain, knight, or prince for a day of medieval family fun at the Library! Geekfest Central Texas College Friday, August 17 - Sunday August 19 Can t get enough cosplay? Visit Central Texas College for Geekfest 2018! Geek your favorite fandom, visit the Library s rooms as we present Harry Potter programs, starting with the Yule Ball on Friday night. 3 Baby Steps (0-18 months) Mondays at 9:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. Babies, parents, and caregivers will enjoy working together in this lapsit program to learn songs, rhymes, action games, and more! No older siblings, please. Mother Goose on the Loose Tuesdays: June 5 - July 31 9:00 a.m. (0-18 months) 10:00 a.m. (19 months and older) Go on a music-filled adventure! Children and their caregivers learn songs, beginner s musical concepts, are introduced to instruments, and more! Program is first come, first serve. Little STEAMers Tuesdays: August :00 a.m. (0-18 months) 10:00 a.m. (19 months and older) Children, parents, and caregivers explore the world around them! This beginner s sensory program introduces your child to STEAM learning in a fun, play-based program! Toddler Time Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. (0-3 years) Don t miss this high-energy program filled with fun! Babies and toddlers will love experiencing stories, music, rhymes, fingerplays, and more while learning early literacy skills and valuable life skills! Storytime Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. (3-6 years) Get active each week with stories, songs, rhymes, and more! Paper Crafts Club Every 2nd Saturday Year Round 11:00 a.m. Children of all ages and their parents/guardians gather to craft scrapbooking pages, greeting cards, and more! Coding with Kids (ages 8-11) Saturday, June 16 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Your kids will love learning introductory coding skills! Children must be able to read and write fluently to register. Sewing Camp (ages 7-12) Tuesday, July 10 and Wednesday, July 11 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Interested in fiber arts? This two day camp will teach you introductory sewing skills!
