7 Wes Castolenia Code Enforcement Officer of the Year Award The Code Enforcement Officer who is presented this award should be an active C.E.A.T. member who has exhibited excellence, dedication, professionalism, integrity, and high achievements. Should have two years experience in Code Enforcement Must be a registered State of Texas Code Enforcement Officer Presently working in the field of Code Enforcement Exhibits outstanding work within Code Enforcement Should you know a person who meets the criteria listed above and is deserving of the Wes Castolenia Code Enforcement Officer of the Year Award, Please submit your nomination today!!! 8 Community Service Award Nomination Form This is our thirty first year in celebrating the Community Service Award looking to recognize collaborative community service. We know there is great work being done in the community and we want to highlight it. No project is too big or too small if it makes a positive impact. This award is presented annually to one recipient. The presentation of this award will take place on February 12, 2016, at the 31st Annual Business and Education Conference in Laredo, TX.
