2 Page 2 Activities Night Rules: FOOD POLICY: Delaware State Law prohibits Student Organizations from providing any prepared food at Activities Night. Pre-packaged snacks and candy (like mini-candy bars, mints, and gum) are allowed but members of the organization must keep these items individually wrapped. Pre-packaged foods cannot be opened and modified in any manner (i.e. opening sealed bread and peanut butter to create sandwiches). 1. Flyers and other handouts for your organization may only be distributed at your table; you may NOT walk through the building or on campus handing out information. 2. Due to overcrowding, you must remain behind your table at all times, no standing in front of table or walking under or outside of the tent. 3. RSOs are limited to 2 members per table at one time. You can rotate who runs the table. 4. There will be no access to electrical outlets. Even if you have an outlet near you, nothing may be plugged in. ONLY battery-powered devices are permitted. 5. Be considerate of noise level and respect your neighbors-this includes singing, playing music or videos loud, using bullhorns, etc. 6. Discard all your garbage at the end of the evening; do not leave any garbage at your table or under the tent. Any RSOs found to leave behind trash or waste will be banned from Spring 2018 Activities Night and may be fined. 7. Comply with any requests made by University Student Centers' staff. StUDent Central All RSOs are encouraged to create a sign-up sheet for your group using the FORMS section of StUDent Central. Visit studentcentral.udel.edu and create a form asking for students to complete their contact information. StUDent Central is your hub for running your organizations, managing your contact lists, holding elections, and recruiting new members online. Spend some time playing around in the system and help us to make StUDent Central the home for your organizations!
