4 RGB SPOTLIGHT: BLACKSBURG Blacksburg Rackers are passionate about STEM education and community outreach. Over the past year, they have hosted countless community events with Letʼs Code Blacksburg, led hands-on coding and robotics workshops for local schools and universities, held ʻteach the teacherʼ days for local educators, and so much more. Thank you, Rackers, for all you do!

6 STEAM EVENTS: BUILDING FUTURE RACKERS THROUGH SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ARTS, AND MATH FIRST ROBOTICS LEGO BUILD DAY HOUR OF CODE BLACKSBURG AUSTIN RAX.IO BOTS RACKER FAMILY PROGRAMMING WORKSHOP DURING RAX.IO JOB SHADOW DAY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS SPENT THE DAY IN TRAINING WITH OUR TECHNICAL RU INSTRUCTORS, AS PART OF A CITY-WIDE STUDENT JOB SHADOW PROGRAM.

7 CRISIS AT CHRISTMAS MOVEMBER ZURICH BACK TO SCHOOL BACKPACK DRIVE 625 BACKPACKS FULL OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES WERE GIVEN TO STUDENTS IN THE CASTLE NEIGHBORHOOD. SFO RACKERS RECOGNIZED RACKERS WERE NOMINATED BY THE SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL FOR A DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD FROM THE ED FUND.

8 2,670 FAMILIES FED ACROSS THE U.S. 425 EVENT VOLUNTEERS 10TH ANNIVERSARY Our family would like to extend a very grateful and thankful message to him and the entire company... I was in awe of what we saw the morning of the pick-up. I saw employees, young teenagers, families, children... It was overwhelming to see the happy responses and unity of your company. The whole fanfare was very vivid and quite remarkable. That was the first part that brought tears to my eyes. The next was when we arrived home and opened our box and bag to find all that we did! I want to say thank you on behalf of my family of six and to let you know that we were able to start our own family tradition of Thanksgiving together this year... now we intend to keep it.

RACKER DONATION PER PAYCHECK DONORS IN PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Big Brothers Big Sisters workplace mentoring for HS students Chess before/afterschool chess clubs in each school CHESS COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS Communities in Schools social workers in each school Gemini Ink creative writing afterschool club for elementary students Girlstart afterschool STEM club and summer camp for 3rd-5th grade girls GIRLSTART SUMMER LITERACY COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS NATIONAL IMPACT GRANT Communities In Schools (national) selected our cluster of schools as an Impact Community to receive strategic investments for research, practice and growth. We were one of three national grants awarded. Our CIS partner was selected for being a model of excellence in how they serve students who may be at greater risk for dropping out. Our program will be used as a research center to help pilot new initiatives and conduct studies showing how wraparound services help students graduate. The partnership between Rackspace, North East ISD and Rackspace was a highly influential factor in the grant award decision.
