1 8 th Annual "WEAVING YOUR CARES BEHIND" October 24, 25, 26, 2014 Come join us for our 8 th annual retreat and take a fall road trip to beautiful Bedford Pennsylvania. Weaving Your Cares Behind will again be held at the Bedford Travelodge, 4517 Business Route 220, Bedford, PA (814) It is located off of I-99, Exit 1 or off of the PA Turnpike, Exit 146. You can relax and weave with friends and one of our talented teachers who are joining us this year. Instructors joining us this year include: Sandy and Steve Atkinson from Michigan, Pat Carothers from Indiana, Pati English from South Carolina, and Elaine Sinclair from West Virginia. The committee hopes you will love what we have chosen for this year s selection. We have kept the Registration Fee at $65.00, which includes lunch and dinner buffet

2 on Saturday. Travelodge includes a breakfast buffet for hotel guests. Registration will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the hotel lobby. Classes on Friday are from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday classes from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00, Sunday 8:00 a.m. until noon. Main St., Everett, PA Any questions contact Shelia at We will start taking Registrations July 1 st and assignments will be on a first come first served basis. You will receive a second mailing with your assignments and Class fees are due by Sept 15 th. There is a cancellation fee of $35.00 and the cancellation request must be in writing. We will again be having a Raffle on Saturday evening after the buffet, which helps defray the cost of the retreat. Donations would be greatly appreciated. You can note if you are donating an item on your Registration Form and what the item is if you already know. Check in for the raffle items will be on Friday in the Weaving Room.
