File Photo from OCCCIO 2015 The Ontario College Council of Chief Information Officers (OCCCIO) was established to further the strategic and operational goals and objectives of Chief Information Officers and other IT leaders of each member institution. The mission of the Ontario College Council of CIO s is to enhance its members ability to strategically and effectively lead information technology support for Ontario Colleges. The OCCCIO hosts an annual spring conference focused on the needs of provincial college IT leaders and practitioners. This conference presents an excellent opportunity for companies who do business with colleges to network with Ontario College IT decision-makers and practitioners. CIO Dinner $10,000 + cost of dinner Limit: One A Private Dinner with College CIOs at a restaurant of the Sponsors choosing on the Sunday Evening before the conference 2. Hospitality Suite (Monday night and Tuesday night occurring after the VIP Reception) $ cost of refreshments and food Limit: Two An opportunity to host conference participants at or near the conference site and receive recognition in the conference program. Booth preferences will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis (after payment is received) by each vendor. Conference t-shirt Your company name on the official conference t-shirt. Door Prize The opportunity to donate up to 3 prizes for raffle and the chance to have your company recognized for its generosity! Keynote Sponsorship Visual and spoken recognition for sponsoring one of the 2 keynote speakers. The keynote is entirely organized by the Conference Committee. Offsite Event & VIP Reception This exclusive opportunity is for the sole Terabyte Sponsor and features this sponsor as the official sponsor of the Tuesday night Offsite Event and a VIP Reception in conjunction with the Offsite Event. Capacity = 30 guests. Conference organizers will coordinate this entire experience details to be announced on stay tuned! Participants Join us! This is the number of participant passes you will be offered with your sponsor package. Raffle Tickets Raffle Tickets branded with your company logo and used to incent interactive dialogue with college participants. Chat with a participant give them a raffle ticket and they can enter to win prizes at the end of the conference. If one of the tickets you gave out is drawn, your company name will be announced. Social Break The opportunity to mix and mingle with other conference attendees at regular breaks throughout the daytime sessions. Session Presentation A unique chance to connect with participants as the host of a session at the conference. You are free to choose an IT related topic but must follow conference guidelines regarding Session Presentations.
