3 Accounting Scholars FAU Accounting Scholars Program graduates are in high demand! This dual-degree honors program has had a 100 percent job placement rate since the program s inception. Career Day Over 100 employers recruit FAU students at the Application Procedures Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis. Rolling admission decisions begin October 1st for Summer and Fall 2013 freshman applicants. Students are encouraged to apply early in their senior year. To apply online, go to biannual Career Day hosted on the Boca Raton campus including Ernst & Young, the U.S. Department of State and Motorola. Commercial Music Be a part of FAU s student-run, faculty-supervised recording label, Hoot/Wisdom Recordings, and learn about the ins and outs of the music industry through the Commercial Music program. Engineering Engineering students put their skills to the test. FAU s human-powered submarine team has consistently ranked among the top teams in the International Submarine Race. sports medicine will gain practical experience in the Human Performance Lab of one of the fastest growing programs at FAU, Exercise Science and Health Promotion. FAU Student Teaching The College of Education places students in local schools as paid instructional interns through Project Good FIT as early as freshman year. CDSI The College for Design and Social Inquiry teaches its students to promote safe, healthy and sustainable communities by taking part in immersive internships with various local, state and federal agencies. Research FAU students engage in undergraduate research through many of our academic programs, including marine science at the FAU s worldrenowned Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute in Fort Pierce, Fla. Wilkes Honors College is located on our John D. MacArthur Campus in Jupiter, FL (40 miles north of the Boca Raton campus). The University Honors Program is designed to provide freshmen and sophomores exceptional and rewarding learning opportunities through ESHP lab Students interested in physical therapy, athletic training or Freshman Deadlines Fall May 1 Summer February 15 special honors seminars.
