Show Me the Money: Transitioning to the State Cable Franchise Agreement Clarence West, Attorney, Austin If your city is not already on the State Cable Franchise Agreement, it will be soon. In his presentation, Mr. West will discuss the transition from local cable franchise agreements to the State Cable Franchise Agreement. He will also discuss the status of statewide legislation that could ease the restrictions on the use of PEG funds to allow them to be used for PEG personnel and operations.

5 REGISTRATION FEES TAMIO Members: Register online by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, and receive the discounted early registration fee of $165. For online registrations received at TML after 5:00 p.m. on May 30, the registration fee is $185. Registration by mail is $190. Non-Members: The registration fee is $195. The registration fee includes all sessions, handout materials, breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and receptions. Additional tickets for guests to attend the TAMI Awards Luncheon at noon on Friday, June 22, can be purchased for $30 each. Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, June 13. No tickets will be sold at the conference. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS The conference will be held at the Austin Marriott North, and the rate is $109.
