5 June 1 Senior Walk in the morning Locker Clean Out - 5 th & 6 th hours 5 Senior Exams 5 th & 6 th hours 6 Senior Exams 3 rd & 4 th hours, Dismissed after exam 7 Senior Exams 1 st & 2 nd hours, 9:40 a.m. 8 Senior Prom 7:00 11:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Held at Bentley Banquet & Conference Center, 646 Biddle Ave, Wyandotte. One member of the couple must be a WHS Senior. All guests must be approved by administration by June 1, Graduation Rehearsal Woodhaven High School Auxiliary Gym 12:30 p.m. to approximately 2 p.m., lunch is provided. Everyone must attend. Any student who does not attend rehearsal will not walk for graduation. In case of inclement weather, six tickets will be issued to each student. Students may want to bring their caps and gowns. Parents are encouraged to attend, as they can be on the field to take pictures at that time. 13 Graduation Woodhaven High School Football 6:30 p.m. (gates will open at 5:30 p.m.) Seating is first come first served, unlimited seating. Inclement weather plan - Benjamin F. Yack Recreation Center (tickets required), 3131 Third Street, Wyandotte, MI 48192, 6:30 p.m. Seniors report at 5:30 p.m. and must park at Roosevelt High School. Shuttle service will begin at 5:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for parents and guests. 14 All-Night Party at WHS, Van Horn Road, Brownstown. Students must WHS by 9:45 p.m. for 10:00 p.m. check in. The party will end at 5:00 a.m. During graduation no one is allowed near the staging area to take pictures or videos. This is to allow everyone the opportunity to see the program. Arrangements have been made with Prestige Portraits to photograph each graduate. This will enable every family an opportunity to have a photo of their son or daughter as they cross the stage. To purchase photographs go to: Photographs will be available to view/order about a week after graduation. Only those seniors who have successfully completed their required credits and all departmental requirements will be allowed to participate in the commencement ceremony. Participation in the commencement ceremony can be taken away from any senior who chooses to be disruptive.

9 June 13 th Rehearsal Continued Bring cap and gown for pictures!!! Parents can attend to take pictures on the field Bring shoes that you plan on wearing during the ceremony High heels can be tricky on turf / steps

10 Parent Information Handicap parking will be on grass behind the school and in the West parking lot. Please let Parents / Grandparent know to use West Entrance Seating is first come first serve Gates open at 5:30pm Ceremony starts at 6:30pm Please remind friends and family this is a semi-formal attire event, please dress appropriately. Handicap seating on field Only one family member may be on the field with the handicap person. We also offer handicap seating in the bleachers.

13 Graduation Crisp Clean Event, Details count Student need to be in the Aux. gym at 6:00pm No walking around the stadium area! Report to table to pick up Name card.

14 Graduation attire Males: dress pants, dress shirt with collar Females: dress or skirt and blouse of reasonable length (gowns are white and sheer so watch the prints) Dress shoes, no tennis shoes or flip flops. No sunglasses on stage or during picture behind the stage. Cords, Medals, Awards etc
