RESOLUTION # 276 SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AND TEXTBOOKS School District, that the attached list of equipment and textbooks be declared surplus and disposed of to the highest responsible bidder, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # ABOLISHMENT TWO (2) ELEMENTARY TEACHING POSITIONS School District hereby abolishes two (2) teaching positions in the elementary tenure area effective July 1, The Superintendent is directed to notify the affected staff member of this action. RESOLUTION # 278 RETIREMENT GLENN WHELAND CUSTODIAN AND APPOINTMENT SUBSTITUTE CUSTODIAN School District, the Superintendent s recommendation to accept the retirement of Glenn Wheland from his position as custodian, effective August 29, 2016, be and is hereby approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of Education of the Hoosic Valley Central School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Glenn Wheland to the position of substitute custodian, at a salary of $15.00 per hour, effective September 1, 2016, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT ALEX BOCCIO.4 MUSIC TEACHER School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for a one year conditional appointment, of Alex Boccio to a part-time (.4) position of teacher in the music tenure area, effective September 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017 and to be placed on Step 2 of the HVTA Agreement, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # 282 APPOINTMENT DEBRA KRAMER - SUBSTITUTE CUSTODIAN School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the conditional appointment, of Debra Kramer to the position of substitute custodian at a salary of $9.25 per hour, effective June 7, 2016, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # 283 APPOINTMENT PATRICIA MAIELLO SUBSTITUTE FOOD SERVICE HELPER AND SCHOOL LUNCH MONITOR School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the conditional appointment, pending fingerprint clearance for employment, of Patricia Maiello to the position of substitute food service helper and school lunch monitor at a salary of $9.00 per hour, effective June 7, 2016, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT JAMES ACKER MODIFIED BASEBALL COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of James Acker to the position of Modified Baseball Coach, at a salary of $1,540 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION #285- APPOINTMENT TERESA BEAMISH CHEERLEADING ADVISOR School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Teresa Beamish to the position of Cheerleading Advisor, at a salary of $2,118 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved.

RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT BLAKE BOCHETTE VARSITY SOFTBALL COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Blake Bochette to the position of Varsity Softball Coach, at a salary of $3,002 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT GEORGE BROOKS VARSITY BASEBALL COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of George Brooks to the position Varsity Baseball Coach at a salary of $3,002 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT TRISTA BUGBEE VARSITY BOYS SOCCER COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Trista Bugbee to the position of Varsity Boys Soccer Coach, at a salary of $2,740 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT DANIEL CALHOUN MODIFIED BOYS SOCCER COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Daniel Calhoun to the position Modified Boys Soccer Coach at a salary of $1,847 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved.

RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT LARNY CHAPKO GOLF, GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL, AND JV SOFTBALL COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Larny Chapko to the positions of Golf, Girls Varsity Basketball, and JV Softball Coach at the respective salaries of $3,002, $4,618 and $2,540 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT JAMES FORBES VARSITY CROSS COUNTRY, TRACK & FIELD AND INDOOR TRACK CO-COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of James Forbes to the positions of Varsity Cross Country, Track & Field and Indoor Track Co-Coach, at the respective salaries of $3,002, $3,694 and $1,501 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT EILEEN LACOURSE MODIFIED VOLLEYBALL COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Eileen LaCourse to the position of Modified Volleyball Coach at a salary of $1,847 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT WENDY MCKERNON ELEMENTARY SKI CLUB ADVISOR School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Wendy McKernon to the position of Elementary Ski Club Advisor at a salary of $1,616 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT PETER PORCELLI VARSITY FOOTBALL COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Peter Porcelli to the position Varsity Football Coach at a salary of $2,503 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT KELLY ROGERS VARSITY VOLLEYBALL COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Kelly Rogers to the position of Varsity Volleyball Coach at a salary of $2,740 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT JAMIE SCHILLER HIGH SCHOOL SKI CLUB ADVISOR School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Jamie Schiller to the position of High School Ski Club Advisor at a salary of $1,348 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT ANDREW SMITH ASSISTANT VARSITY FOOTBALL COACH AND INDOOR TRACK CO-COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of Andrew Smith to the position of Assistant Varsity Football Coach and Indoor Track Co-Coach at the respective salaries of $2,310 and $1,252 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved.

RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT JAMES ZEGER JV VOLLEYBALL COACH School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of James Zeger to the position of JV Volleyball Coach, at a salary of $2,118 (pending settlement of the HVTA Agreement), during the school year, be and is hereby approved. RESOLUTION # APPOINTMENT SUMMER SCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL School District, that the Superintendent s recommendation for the appointment of the following personnel in the Summer School Special Education Program for elementary school students, effective July 5, 2016 and ending August 12, 2016, at the respective salaries, be and are hereby approved: Teachers Kelly Blanchard Sarah Lovell Teaching Assistants Jillian Simpson Salary $25 per hour/16 hours/week $25 per hour/16 hours/week $15 per hour/15 hours/week

Open to all district residents; 2. Liability insurance in place; 3. Fuel supplied by the Youth Commission; 4. Hoosic Valley Drivers given preference for employment by Youth Commission; 5. Drivers paid by the Youth Commission; 6. Any damage is the responsibility of the Youth Commission. RESOLUTION # 312 VALLEY FALLS-PITTSTOWN YOUTH COMMISSION USE OF SCHOOL BUSES School District, that the request of the Valley Falls- Pittstown Youth Commission for the use of one (1) district school bus during its Summer Program which begins July 11, 2016 and ends August 5, 2016, be and is hereby approved, with the following conditions:
