1 DAILY SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverage (breakfast and lunch) will remain consistent from day to day for the majority of AAD functions except for those where a specific menu is listed. Please use this guide when arranging for the requested daily food service. Breakfast: To be placed on buffets inside of rooms (if unable to fit inside room, outside is ok). Lunch (other): Plated and Buffet will vary by day, but the same lunch will be served to all listed in the Schedule of Activities, unless indicated otherwise.
