1 N.E.O. CAMPMEETING STUDENT MINISTRIES PROGRAM PACKET Dear North East Ohio Church of God families of teens, NEO Camp Meeting (July 24-31) is a family camp experience. Many families bring a camper / tent or rent a dorm room and stay for the week. However, some churches bring their youth groups and make arrangements for their group s housing and meals. In any case, all youth (students completing 6 th grade through completing 12 th grades) staying on the grounds during camp meeting are required to participate in the youth activities provided and must have an adult responsible for them present on the campgrounds. We hope to minister to as many students as possible during this week of camp meeting. The overall Campmeeting theme for the week is Stand In The Gap The Youth theme is Have You Gone Through Purity? which is based on Matthew 5:8. Our goal is to challenge and strengthen all students in their relationship with Christ and to encourage them to obey God s word and carry out Jesus teachings. meeting together daily for worship, morning conferences, and activities. This packet contains: We will have all youth (7th 12th grades) A tentative copy of the Student Ministry Schedule A Registration Form to be mailed in with registration money to Pastor Dan Betts postmarked by July 18 th. A Room Registration Form for students needing to stay in the Student Ministries Lodge (available for those who have no other housing arrangements and to be mailed with registration). A Things to Bring list for those staying in the Student Ministries Lodge. We are suggesting that all students pre-register again this year so that we know how best to prepare for them. There will be a $10 discount for those who pre-register. Students who are not preregistered will be charged $10 a day or $45 for the week. Please send all registration forms with the $35 registration fee to: Pastor Dan Betts, Wintergreen Ledges Church of God, 1889 Vernon Odom Blvd., Akron Ohio If you have any questions please contact: Pastor Dan Betts at or These forms may also be downloaded at the NEO Retreat Center Website: In His Service, Rev.
