Once again it s time to prepare for that exciting time of the year AGGIE FOOTBALL SEASON! North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University would like to welcome you to join us as a merchandise vendor for our 2013 Football Season. We are anticipating an exciting and victorious season! This season the Aggies will play host to six (6) competitive teams, four (4) of which are members of the MEAC. Spaces are issued on a first come/first serve basis. Vendors must return applications with fees no later than 3:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the game. After Thursday, prior to the game no application and/or fee will be accepted. Setup time varies game to game and will be provided upon registration. 5 2013 POLICY/PROCEDURES FOR GAMEDAY MERCHANDISE VENDING 1. Booth/Space Setup for Game Day: All Merchandise Vending Booth/Spaces are location inside Aggie Stadium. All Merchandise Vending at North Carolina A&T State University must be approved by the Office of Auxiliary Services 2. Persons, firms or organizations wanting to conduct sales activities or business solicitations at the stadium or on campus must submit a Vending Application to the Office of Auxiliary Services. 3. The University Vending Coordinator will review the application and notify the vendor of the status of their request. To legally vend, a permit must be secured through Auxiliary Services. 4. Approved vendors must pay a vending fee to set-up. The fee must be paid by money order, credit card or cash before selling is permitted. Central University. $ Package for All 6 Games... $ PAYMENT IN FULL MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE VENDING DATE. 6. All set-up material is to be provided by the vendor, including tables. Vendors are allowed only two (2) eight foot stadium. Two (2) six foot tables on campus. 7. All table covering will be provided by Auxiliary Services. All covering must be returned to Auxiliary Services upon the end of your event. 8. Stadium vending permit(s) will be issued prior to the day of set-up. A valid vending permit must be displayed at all times. 9. A maximum of three vending permits will be issued for Stadium Vending. Each person in your party must enter through Lot A-4 at the same time and exit through Gate # Vending is restricted to your assigned space ONLY! 11. Tobacco, alcoholic beverages, and other prohibited substances are not permitted for sale, information or sampling. 12. Wireless connection stadium. Please contact Auxiliary Services three (3) working days prior to game date to request this service. 13. The University is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, or sales in the event of inclement weather. NO REFUNDS. 14. Any violation of these terms & conditions will result in having your vending privilege revoked.
