2 2011 Southeast Bridge April Sher aton D owntown R aleigh Hotel What is the Southeast Bridge Preservation Partnership (SEBPP)? The Southeast Bridge Preservation Partnership is a regional forum comprised of bridge practitioners from State and Local Agencies, Contractors, Suppliers, Academia, and Federal Government Officials in a sharing of bridge preservation practices throughout the Southeast Region. The gathering provides a forum to discuss bridge preservation strategies - including treatments; management; inspection; improvements in research, design, specifications, and materials; and to promote the benefits of Bridge Preservation through education and application. When and where will the Partnership Meeting be held? The partnership meeting will be held in Raleigh, North Carolina at the Downtown Raleigh Sheraton Hotel, located at 421 S. Salisbury Street, a convenient location providing many restaurant options and sightseeing opportunities (information flyer will follow). Dress is business casual. Non-Invitational Travelers, please make your room reservation directly by contacting the hotel at by March 21, 2011 to obtain the reduced rate of $ per night. Please identify yourself as part of the SEBPP group. Invitational Travelers will NOT call the hotel for a reservation, but will need to complete and return the Travel Planning Request Form, ed to invited meeting participants and found online at: Please follow the instructions on the form. Membership Benefits in the SEBPP Attendees are encouraged to become a member of the SEBPP, but membership is not required. Below is an explanation of membership guidelines and costs, as well as non-member pricing. For information contact: State Membership in the SEBPP provides travel to and registration for two voting participants, as a result of the paid voluntary state contribution to for the year. Both state member participants are eligible to serve as partnership officers. Local & Federal Government Officials and Academic Attendees will become automatic members with each paid registration at the rate of $250 per person, will have eligibility to serve as an officer in the partnership, and will have one vote on issues being considered at the business meeting.
