8 OCYS Membership Satisfaction Feedback from Fall 2015 Annual General Meeting was to survey player families Spring of 2016 survey developed Summer of 2016 data collected and analyzed Late Summer/Early Fall 2016 report of findings follows Key Notes Survey received by 1837 with a response rate of 536 or 29% Of the respondents nearly 67% year from the Academy The most interested in wanting to effect change is from the newer groups of players ~ nearly 59.1% responded to survey The voice of the respondents illustrate the Academy players and newer players are most interested in wanting their voice to be heard

9 OCYS Satisfaction - Operations Operations & Communication Families prefer to be contacted by either (51%) or text (24%) or team app (23%) overwhelming they did not want to be contacted by phone or read a newsletter (88%). Of the 54% respondents on operations: the most highly valued (74% - 86% agree or strongly agree) ~easy registration process, quality soccer program, easy website, good club communications, and believes their child developed over the season. the least valued include (52% - 64% agree or strongly agree) ~fees are affordable, team assignment process is clear, club makes my child feel valued

10 Club Overall Of overall respondents, 79.2% would recommend OCYS Club Of these same respondents 65% rated the past season experience as good or excellent 64.5% are not interested in an advisory board while respondents wanted to see club improvements in: Fundraising 9.0% Volunteer Projects 5.4% Social & Events 19.1% Child Welfare 13.2% Tournaments 31.5% Team Management & Administration 40.6% Facilities & Fields 67.0%

11 Summary Good response to first survey; the most frequent responses were from players within the first few years of being in the Club and in Academy. 79.2% would recommend OCYS Club and of these same respondents 65% rated the past season experience as good or excellent Uniforms are well received, ordering was acceptable, and is quality for value The Club should focus communication through (51%) text (24%) and not through phone call or newsletter (88% did not want through these modes) Operationally; the registration process and website are well received; while focus should be on fees, team assignment process, and the Club showing they value the players and their families Coaches have strong team managers; coaches need to communicate more with families about play time, tournaments, and feedback on development Biggest concerns were SSC field (93%) and bathroom conditions (82%), coach communication and valuing the families

19 Irrigation This picture was taken late February/early March 2016 the waste pro dumpster parked in the center of the screen, next to the central wall was only on property from Feb 25 for 10 days for the Volunteer clean up.
