3 Introduction New to Portland State, began working January 20, years of Athletics Administration experience. Came to PSU from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Also, spent time at Georgetown, Oregon State, Towson, and Maryland. Former student-athlete at Louisiana Tech University.

4 Introduction Why am I here? Be apart of a growing vibrant urban campus in PORTLAND. At the NCAA FCS level we are student focused. Portland State now determines its own future with new Board of Trustees. Viking Pavilion project. Big Sky Conference and Football.

6 Intercollegiate Athletics Mission Statement The mission of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is to provide an athletic program that helps develop the whole person through both education and competition, while enhancing the intellectual, social, cultural and economic qualities of urban life. The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics recruits, trains, educates, and graduates student-athletes who will excel in today s competitive environment.
