Holder of a New Zealand electrical registration class that is at least to the level or at a level higher than that being taught. Holder of a current practicing license for the class of registration that is at least to the level or at a level higher than that being taught. Has relevant electrical industry related experience, skill competencies and knowledge of best industry practice. Has current and up to date competence training in First Aid, CPR and Electrical Safety subject matter as prescribed by the Board. Special Note on 1 st Aid and CPR Training: First Aid instruction must be provided in accordance with the material published by Red Cross of New Zealand or St John of New Zealand. All instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) must be provided so as to achieve the CPR Level 2 requirements of the New Zealand Resuscitation Council. 4
