3 The Plug-in Coupling System for Corrugated Stainless Steel Pipes - A6 The special construction of our connectors for corrugated stainless steel pipes ensures an intelligent leading of the pipe into the right seal position. The BEULCO A6 is always leakproof and guarantees a trouble-free installation even under difficult installation conditions. J147CON You find a list of suitable corrugated pipes on page 6 and 7 and on our website Sealing Due to the metallic sealing the system is absolutely fail-proof and maintenance-free. The function of the connector cannot be affected as it has no seals that can be damaged or become porous. Construction The connector consists of three components and thus enables a fast and simple mounting. The clamping ring is firmly situated in the nut so that a loss of single parts is excluded. Each connector is delivered in one part, not in modules. Therefore the assembly of single parts at site is not necessary and a fast mounting is guaranteed. If necessary, deburr the inside. Step 2 Unscrew the forcing nut a quarter turn. Step 3 Push the pipe into the connector until it latches. Step 4 Tighten the forcing nut firmly with an open-ended spanner. 4
