He advised that he then went to the above location and discovered the victim in the vehicle., the driver was bleeding from the head, and that he did not know what was going on. He also indicated that he saw a vehicle leaving the area, possibly white or silver. ARRIVAL O AD LOCATIO OF SC: Sgt. Sims #262 arrived on scene first, along with.m.s. See Supplemental Report by Sgt. Sims for further detail regarding his arrival on scene. I arrived on scene just after Sgt. Sims. Inv. 3 Tallahassee Police Department Incident Report Date of Report Case # 07/18/ : arrival. The incident occurred in the garage portion of the victim's residence. The victim appears to have been sitting in the driver's seat of his car when the attack occurred..m.s. was removing the victim from the vehicle just as I approached the scene. Immediately after.m.s. removed the victim from the scene, Sgt. Sims, Inv. Bradshaw, and I checked the residence to ensure that there was no one else in distress within the home. We did not locate anyone inside. Investigators and forensic units were then summoned to the scene to take over the investigation. I then spoke with the complainant and obtained an account of what he observed. See "Witness Account" below for further information. Ofc. Thompson and I then established the crime scene and began canvassing the neighborhood for potential witnesses. I checked the following homes, but no one appeared to be home at these locations; 2117 Trescott Dr. 12:00PM, 2121 Trescott Dr. 12:03PM, 2125 Trescott Dr. 12:05PM, and 2126 Trescott Dr. 12:06PM. See "Supplemental Report" by Ofc. Thompson for further information regarding her involvement in this case as well as the crime scene log. PHYSICAL CODITIO OF VICTIM: See Supplemental Reports for information relating to the victim's condition.
