Himachal Pradesh: i. Rainfall = 00.00mm 06( Chamba, Hamirpur, Kangra, Mandi, Shimla, Kullu) i No. of village effected iv. Population effected 28, (Bilaspur, Chamba, Hamirpur, Kangra, Mandi, Shimla) v. Human lives lost 47 04(Fall of Boulder 03, Coldness 01) vi.
