3 PROVISIONAL AGENDA The order of presentation of the various topics and meeting times are subject to change. Note: V indicates that a formal vote will be taken. Participants are asked to wear Scout Uniform for the Welcome Session, Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony. SUNDAY 3 AUGUST Welcome of at the airport, transfer to Rogla, Participants' registration at the forum venue Set up Project Fair Area Place: TBC Lunch A display panel is provided only to delegations that have registered for the project fair before the Forum Deadline for submission of the proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure Dinner Proposals for amendments must be submitted in writing (Form No. 1) to a member of the World Scout Youth Forum Planning Committee. Only official delegates can submit amendments. MONDAY 4 AUGUST Welcome Session Dress Code: In Scout Uniform Chair: Mr Felipe de Paulo, Chairperson of the 12 th World Scout Youth Forum and Youth Advisor to the World Scout Committee. Explanation of the simultaneous interpretation system Welcome by Chairperson of the 12 th World Scout Youth Forum V Presentation and adoption of the Agenda Presentation of the objectives, contents and working methods V Adoption of the Rules of Procedure V Appointment of Drafting Committee and Tellers The Rules of Procedure as published in the document World Scout Youth Forum Guidelines - Document 2, and any proposed amendments, will be submitted for the approval of the delegates. WEDNESDAY 6 AUGUST Introduction Announcements Deadline for to choose their training sessions Youth Advisors Elections V Election of the Youth Advisors to the World Scout Committee Forum delegates will elect six Youth Advisors from among the list of Youth Advisor candidates distributed in Document No. 5, this list was sent to all National Scout Organizations before the Forum Voting papers will be distributed at the beginning of the Forum to each delegation having voting rights. Nothing may be entered on the voting paper except the number of votes cast for each candidate. Two of the elected Youth Advisors will also serve on the 13 th World Scout Youth Forum Planning Committee WOSM s draft Vision 2023 and Triennial Plan Introduction and explanation of the draft Vision and Triennial Plan that will be presented at the World Scout Conference for approval.
