15 Housing Services Office (HSO) Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA) Reminders Continuing group TLA briefings Please ensure Soldiers bring a copy of all documents for HSO to keep Remind Soldiers not to come in to check on the status of their TLA certificate Due to manpower shortages it now takes a minimum of 5-10 business days to generate certificates TLA is not issued on dates the Soldier is on leave
16 Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) Furnishings Management Office (FMO) Barracks Space on Schofield is filling up We are reaching out to units to locate space Thank you for your support in taking care of Soldiers Will remain an issue until B Quad and new CAB barracks are finished
17 Community Updates Community Improvements On-going Santa Fe Phase II and III Units Exterior Painting: 186 Units Completed Fence Installation: 71 Units Completed Roof Replacements: 95 Units Completed Roof repairs, install vinyl fences, grey rock installation, sidewalk repairs, and exterior painting are in progress
18 Community Updates Solomon Roof Replacement and Exterior Painting expected to begin within the next few months Wheeler Fencing Project expected to begin within the next few months Canby renovations to begin within next few months Patriot exterior fencing expected to be completed by Fall 2017 Aliamanu BEMS Program 357 Homes Completed/ 100% Installed
19 Resident Reminders Please pull back trash cans after trash day Summer time means more children in the common areas during the day! Ensure that you are aware of your surroundings.
20 Teen Summer Splash Night A summer night for teens ages Pizza, drinks and snacks will be served (while supplies last). Activities include swimming and a movie in the pool.(pg-13 or below) We are also seeking parent chaperons- to sign up to chaperon, please events@ipchawaii.com Swimsuits must adhere to post attire guidelines. You must RSVP at rsvp@ipchawaii.com and provide the name and age of the child attending.
