1 Black Veterans From The Pacolet Area I would like to thank Carmen Wannamaker - Amos and her cousin, Cesar Wannamaker, for putting together this list of Black Veterans from the Pacolet area. The list includes over 200 names. Some of these folks are already on the Memorial Register of Pacolet Veterans list but most were not. The Memorial Register list has been updated to insure that all of the Black Veterans are on it. Carmen and Cesar have a number of relatives on this list.
