Manager Upgradation for F22P Frigate Construction ( ) Manager Up gradation in Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (Karachi) (Pakistan) for the construction of F22P Frigate with collaboration of friendly country China. It was practically implementation of technical knowledge by supervised the installation all machineries i.e Cranes, Welding Machines, Cutting and Processing Machines, Generators, Compressors and Hoisting Machines etc, Deputy Officer In charge of Telecomm South Region ( & ) It is a defense communication networks which includes wire and wireless communication both. It was an excellent place to observe the working and behavior of all equipments/media. I was responsible to manage the administration of the staff as well as the monitoring the performance of all Telecommunication Equipments including media. Assistant Training Commander ( & 1996) It is a training set up of commissioned and non commissioned officer. In this office I was doing the Assistant Training Commander Weapon Engineering and Apprentice School of Pakistan Navy Ship KARSAZ. I was responsible for Administration duties including the teaching of the Master Chief Class and also manage the complete training programme of the under trainee classes. Deputy Manager Computer Centre and Electronics ( ) In Pakistan Navy Polytechnique Institutes I was doing the Deputy Manager Computer Centre and Electronics and I was responsible for administration of the staff and to impart the complete training (theory and Practical) of hardware and software of computer and electronics to the Allied Trainees as well as Pakistani Trainees. COMMISSIONED OFFICER IN PAKISTAN NAVY (SEP 1985 JUL 2012) I have a rich experience of more than 23 years as a Commissioned Officer in Pakistan Navy. The experience includes working on diversified management positions including commands of different units. STRENGTHS AND CAPABILITIES Leadership Qualities: By virtue of experienced mentioned above, I have been trained to lead, and also on how to be led. Being in command of different units, I have been motivating people of different cultures, nature, ages and trade for accomplishment of tasks assigned to me even in highly tense and uptight environments

3 Communication Skills: Being team leader, I have been effectively communicating with my subordinates and team members. On the other hand in order to apprise the higher management, I have been communicating to them verbally, through writing media and by giving presentations on number of forums of different magnitudes. My experiences as Manager UpgradationinKarachi Shipyard & Engineering Works, Deputy Officer Incharge at Telecomm South and as Assistant Training Commander at Weapon Engineering School, Deputy Manager Electronics at Pakistan Navy Polytechnique Institute have further enhanced my skills by dealing with civil authorities, organizations and personnel. Human Resource Management: Managed personnel under my supervision as Commanding Officer, Divisional Officer and on other hierarchal positions.
