Description: As per the Rule 22, UAC has to approve the list of services for developers/units inside and outside of the zone. As STPI DC, deals only with IT/ITES zone & units, it was felt good to approve a standard list of services to IT/ITES units, which are essentially needed. Accordingly, a list of default services is prepared for the consideration of the UAC, as suggested in 27th UAC. If the same is approved, UAC may delegate the standard services to the DC for approval. Any other service outside the list would be placed before the UAC. Ltd Special Economic Zone have consented to provide the office space measuring 5,000 sq ft (approx) situated at West Wing, Phase 1,Deverabeesanahalli Village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore vide their letter of Intent dated In terms of Rule (18) of SEZ Rules, 2006 the following requirements are to be met with by the Unit, to grant the approval for setting up their activities in the Special Economic zone:- Positive Net Foreign Exchange Earnings. Availability of space and other infrastructure facilities to be confirmed by the Developer of the respective SEZ. It is learnt that the developer has set up 2 Nos of 1010 KVA, 4 Nos of 1250 KVA and 2 Nos of 1500 KVA DG sets. The diesel consumption per day at 5 hrs load power failure requires 5900 Liters of diesel. The developer has submitted the consumption of HSD details with CE certification.
