20 Regulatory Inspectors Training Program Inspector Certification Qualification and training requirements are defined for nuclear regulatory inspector in the MEST directive of May Four areas of inspector certification Facility management Quality assurance Radiation management, and Radiological emergency preparedness. 28 Introduction of IRISS IRISS (Integrated Regulatory Infrastructure Support Service) is developed by KINS Advisory package to provide the guidance and consultation on the establishment of a regulatory infrastructure and to build up the competency of a regulatory body Designed and developed on the basis of the IAEA safety fundamentals, requirements, and guides Fully proven by applying to the regulatory activities for planning, design, construction, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear installations Qualified education and training programs by the IAEA 28

31 Regulatory Infrastructure Building for New Entrants Module 2 : Education & Training Program The International Nuclear Safety School (INSS) established under the agreement with the IAEA offers basic, advanced, and professional training courses along with a nuclear system familiarization course.
