9 National Disaster Recovery Framework The NDRF is a guide to promote effective coordination and management of long-term recovery The NDRF works in concert with the National Response Framework and the National Mitigation Framework to provide organizing concepts and principles solely focused on disaster recovery The NDRF established six Recovery Support Functions (RSFs) to support the recovery effort by providing coordination across the Federal Government and bringing needed capabilities 11 February December December 3,
